Yasmina Delacruz-Bailey was born and raised in New York City and moved to Stratford, Connecticut in 2013. She comes from a background of 15 years in Human Resources and business management experience and brings her communication skills and integrity that enable her to work with her real estate clients.

She attended college and earned a Master's in Human Resources Management, and her skills in the customer service area give her a unique insight into how to protect clients and find the best deal.

Yasmina entered the real estate world in order to be her own boss, provide better for her family, and at the same time, help people accomplish homeownership, and hasn’t looked back. She has served Fairfield and New Haven Counties of Connecticut, and the outskirts of New York City. Her experience has shaped her adaptive approach to real estate.
